1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the projectbriefs.com website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are Online Shopping Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as ProjectBriefs. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Online Shopping Solutions Ltd.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website:

1. You submit an order by completing the checkout process and making payment.
2. We send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
3. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product information or pricing. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

3. Products

All products sold on projectbriefs.com are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the finished product in terms of colour reproduction, print placement, and fabric texture.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency (GBP, USD, or EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you confirm your order.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful from the facility nearest to your delivery address (US, UK, or EU). Estimated delivery times are:

• Production: 2-5 business days
• UK delivery: 3-5 business days after production
• US delivery: 4-8 business days after production
• EU delivery: 5-10 business days after production
• Rest of world: 10-20 business days after production

These are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Consumer rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].

Our returns policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

7. Intellectual property

All content on projectbriefs.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Online Shopping Solutions Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

"ProjectBriefs" is a trademark pending registration with the UK Intellectual Property Office under Class 25.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government action.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by contract.
